I really am not sure where to start on this one! It was the chance of a lifetime to see the one and only Billy Joel in his backyard… aka the 9
th show this year at MSG. He said it best when he was performing – one of the best shows I’ve ever seen by the way… He sang “The Entertainer” where he talks about this specific section of the song: Exact lyrics: But if I go cold I won’t get sold – I’ll get put in the back in the discount rack – Like another can of beans….

Before I even give my opinion of this fellow by the name of Joe Bonamassa – I have to give a shout out to Kathy & Shadow – had they not thrown this guy my way I would have NEVER gone to see him in Denver (or the other 7 times the past 2 years) and I would have missed out on one of the BEST concert(s) of my life. I was also lucky enough to spend the evening with a handful of my friends – Sandi, Jason, Mark & Lisa (my newest friend).

What a great experience – it was a spur of the moment decision to add this concert to my already scheduled trip to see Joe Bonamassa in Denver. I even talked a friend into going, let’s call her Sandi (cause that’s her name) – her first country concert and also hooked up with friends in Denver – it was a great time!
